3. Registration and Purchase Conditions To purchase a coaching program, the client must:

Be of legal age or have authorization from a legal guardian if underage.

5. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legal provisions, the client has a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase of the coaching program. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the client fails to actively engage in the process and is unable to prove their involvement: completing all workouts day by day, submitting daily meal photos, watching all content in the member area, or if the content has already been accessed. If these conditions are not met, no refund will be granted.

6. Cancellation and Termination of Custom CoachingCancellation before the program starts: The client may cancel their order and receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs before the program begins. Termination during the program: If the client terminates the program after it has begun, no refund will be issued for the period already started, except for justified reasons (illness, accident with medical proof). YMWORLDS reserves the right to terminate the program in case of non-compliance by the client with these T&Cs or with safety and usage instructions. No refund will be provided in this case.

7. Client Responsibilities and Obligations The client agrees to follow their coach’s recommendations and respect safety guidelines. They are solely responsible for their own health and must ensure they are physically fit to undertake the coaching program. YMWORLDS shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or other damages resulting from improper use of advice or inappropriate practice. Clients are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.

8. Company Responsibility YMWORLDS is committed to delivering high-quality service, tailored to the client’s needs and aligned with the agreed specifications. However, our liability cannot be engaged in the following cases:

Fault or negligence attributable to the client

Consequences of improper use or failure to follow safety instructions

Side effects or health issues not disclosed at the time of registration

Additionally, YMWORLDS cannot guarantee specific results, as the success of the program depends on several factors related to the client’s commitment and individual capabilities.

9. Intellectual Property All content, texts, graphics, logos, and other elements provided in the coaching programs are the exclusive property of YMWORLDS. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data Protection Clients’ personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The data is strictly confidential and used solely for managing client relationships and executing the coaching program.

11. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale YMWORLDS reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. In the event of a modification, the applicable T&Cs will be those in effect at the time of the client's order.
